My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making our home purchasing experience at Morningside very easy and pleasant. From the day we walked into the sales office until the day we were ready to move into our new home, we were treated very professionally and courteously by the entire sales staff.

Back in the summer of 2006, we decided to make our new home at Morningside - with high expectations of not only getting a quality home, but also a pleasant and fun place to live. Our home is well built and our expectations have been met.

We love the community atmosphere at Morningside. The clubhouse is a natural gathering place for meeting neighbors and forming new friendships. The clubhouse facilities have also encouraged us to exercise more. We enjoy swimming year round and look forward to using the outside facilities. We are proud of our new home and enjoy inviting friends and family to visit us here.

We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to you for all your care and concern for us throughout the building process. All the details can become daunting, but everyone's input paid off. We love our home and couldn't be happier.
