The indoor pool is definitely the place for year

round, joint –friendly workouts suited for any

fitness levels

Class last 40-45 minutes and includes

components of aerobic exercise, resistance

training and stretching

Tuesday & Thursday 11:00 am

Bathing suit required, Water shoes recommended
